Private Coachings

Schedule private coachings with Broadway’s Adam Rothenberg and Zachary Noah Piser this winter!

VOCAL: Work one-on-one with Adam to polish and perfect your performance of musical theater, classical, or pop repertoire. These sessions will address basic vocal technique and emphasize musical interpretation, stylistic execution, and finding the perfect audition cut of your material.


ACTING: Work one-on-one with Zach to learn and finesse the art of storytelling, either through song or monologue. Whether we are working on a full piece or an audition cut, these sessions will address the ins and outs of character building, material preparation, and performance execution. 

***Due to limited availability, students under age 12 will be considered via video submission if space allows!

Coaching Package

Get the most out of your private coaching experience with this combination of music and acting instruction! .  Each package culminates in a virtual cabaret performance for your friends and family to show off the skills you’ve learned!

Three Week Package

Will perform 1 song in the final cabaret!

This package includes:

  • an initial consultation with both Zach and Adam to discuss your performing goals

  • three 45-minute music sessions with Adam

  • three 45-minute acting sessions with Zach

  • and culminates in a virtual cabaret performance for your friends and family to show off the skills you’ve learned.


  • Consultation Week: 1/25-1/31: 15 min meeting w/ both Zach and Adam

  • Week 1 - 2/8-2/14: 45 minute lesson with Adam AND 45 minute lesson with Zach

  • Week 2 - 2/22-2/28: 45 minute lesson with Adam AND 45 minute lesson with Zach

  • Week 3 - 3/8-3/14: 45 minute lesson with Adam AND 45 minute lesson with Zach, AND a 10 minute rehearsal with both coaches

  • Final Cabaret - Saturday, 3/14: Time TBA

Audition Workshop

Broadway artists Zachary Noah Piser (Dear Evan Hansen, Wicked) and Adam Rothenberg (Company, Miss Saigon) will lead an 8-week virtual course focusing on audition preparation, etiquette, and execution. Each week, students will perform and receive individualized feedback as Zach and Adam share tricks of the trade they’ve learned from working on both sides of the audition table. In addition to group class instruction, Zach and Adam will offer a one-on-one virtual meeting along with email mentorship for each student. By the end of the program, students will walk away with 3-4 polished cuts in their book and newfound confidence about the audition process. New to this session, students will have the opportunity to perform for a special guest panel of industry professionals!

Meet your instructors!


ADAM ROTHENBERG is a conductor, pianist, and music director based in New York City. He is currently the Assistant Conductor of the Broadway revival of Company, having recently returned from the national tour of Miss Saigon. Other theater credits include Chicago, Miss Saigon (Broadway), Sweeney Todd (off-Broadway), and West Side Story (Philadelphia Orchestra). As a classical pianist, he has performed at Carnegie Hall, the Kennedy Center, the Tanglewood Music Center, and Lincoln Center with the New York Philharmonic. He holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Northwestern University and a Master of Music from the Juilliard School.


ZACHARY NOAH PISER is currently the Evan Hansen alternate on Broadway (performing Wednesday and Saturday matinees), after originating Dear Evan Hansen’s premiere international production in Toronto. Other Broadway: Wicked (Boq). Off-Broadway: Barrow Street Theatre’s West End transfer of Sweeney Todd (Tobias), Mad Libs Live. Favorite Regional: The Heart of Rock & Roll (The Old Globe, world premiere), Godspell (Marriott Theatre). He is a Bay Area native and Northwestern grad! @zach_piser
