We are thrilled to bring back our Musical Theatre performance workshop!
Come build upon your musical theatre skills with us this winter at JCC MetroWest! This 6-week workshop will focus on audition etiquette, vocal technique, dance skills, storytelling, and more. The workshop will culminate with performances in our spring concert "Stories We Sing: New Beginnings" on April 17-19!
WHO
Performers ages 5-18!
WHAT
Come build upon your musical theatre skills with us this winter at JCC MetroWest! This 6-week workshop will focus on audition technique, vocal technique, dance technique, storytelling, and more.
WHERE
All rehearsals and performances will be held at JCC Metrowest: 760 Northfield Ave, West Orange, NJ.
WHEN
Mondays, beginning March 2 (No class March 30)
March 2, 9, 16, 23, April 6, 13
April 15 & 16 - Tech
April 17, 18, & 19 – Performance
Ages 5-10 – 5:30-7:00pm
Ages 11-18 – 7:00-8:30pm
Tech rehearsals may be scheduled between 5:30-9:30 (we will prioritize getting the younger performers out as early as possible!). Performances will be at 7:30pm on Friday and Saturday and at 2:00pm on Sunday. Call time for performances may be as early as two hours prior to the performance start time.
TUITION
There is a $275 tuition fee to participate. We will never turn away a performer due to financial need and have scholarship and payment plan options available as needed.
